Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the tides (aka carrier speed).

🛒 Ordering from Outside the U.S.
We appreciate interest from customers around the world, but we’re unable to process or fulfill orders placed from outside the United States. If you attempt to place an order with a non-U.S. shipping address, it may be automatically canceled and refunded.

Timing: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery—just enough time to decide if it’s a keeper.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and ready to stroll back to us.

Process: Send us a quick message with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your item returns safely, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—no footprints left behind.
